We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, without express written permission by us.

Modifications: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

2. Products & Accuracy

Organic Disclaimer: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. However, as our products are organic and natural (Henna/Herbal), slight variations in color or texture may occur between batches. This is a sign of authenticity, not a defect.

Availability: We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.

3. Shipping & Delivery Policy

A. Estimated Delivery Time

Actual delivery time depends on the availability of the shipping address and courier company guidelines.

B. Payment & Advance (COD Policy)

To ensure secure transactions and prevent fraud, Hennica enforces the following payment rules:

• Inside Dhaka: Full Cash on Delivery (COD) is available.
• Outside Dhaka: To confirm an order outside Dhaka, we may request an advance payment of the Delivery Charge (via bKash/Nagad/Bank). The remaining product value is payable via COD.
• High Value Orders (>2000 BDT): For orders exceeding 2,000 BDT, we reserve the right to request a 30-50% advance payment to confirm the order.
• Customized Products: Any customized or bulk orders require 100% advance payment.

C. International Delivery

Currently, we do not offer standard international shipping directly through the website. If you are an international client, please contact us directly, and you must bear all international shipping charges and customs duties.

4. Promotions and Coupons

• Usage: Unless stated otherwise, only one coupon code can be used per transaction. No two promotions can be combined.
• Restrictions: Coupon codes cannot be redeemed on Affiliate offers or already discounted "Deal" items.
• Rights: Hennica reserves the right to cancel any promotion or coupon code at its sole discretion without prior notice.

5. Account Information

If you create an account on Hennica, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

Fraudulent Activity: Any fraudulent activities, including the creation of duplicate accounts, aliasing, or violation of terms & conditions, will lead to immediate order cancellation and account suspension.

6. Accuracy of Billing

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and phone number, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka.
