At Hennica, we are committed to providing premium organic products. While we hope you are delighted with your order, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: The product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging with seals intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or Order ID is required.
  • Hygiene Exception: Due to the nature of our products (organic henna and cosmetics), we strictly cannot accept returns on opened or used items unless they are defective.

2. Reporting Timeline (Important)

We have a strict timeline for reporting issues to ensure the quality of our logistics:

  • Defective/Wrong Products: You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Failure to report within this window may result in the rejection of the claim.
  • Return Window: Once a return is approved, you must ship the item back to us within 7 calendar days.

3. Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Request
Contact our Customer Service at [email protected] immediately upon receiving the product. Please include your Order ID and clear photos/videos of the defect or wrong item.

Step 2: Verification
We will review your request. If approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Step 3: Inspection & Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

4. Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • Method: Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment (Credit Card, bKash, or Bank Transfer).
  • Timing: Please allow a certain amount of days for the transaction to process, depending on your bank or payment provider (typically 5-10 business days).

5. Shipping Costs

  • Our Error: If the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item), Hennica will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Customer Preference: If you are returning an item for other reasons (and it is approved), you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used henna cones/powders.
  • Items not in their original condition or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Sale items (only regular priced items may be refunded).
